Rocklon Refund and Returns Policy
1. Overview
At Rocklon, we take pride in the quality of our pearls. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original Rocklon luxury packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings and Pierced Jewelry: Unless they arrive defective or damaged.
- Custom or Engraved Pieces: Items that have been personalized to your specifications.
- Gift Cards.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please email us immediately at support@rocklon.com with a photo of the damage.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; items purchased during a “Clearance” or “Final Sale” event are non-refundable.
6. Shipping Your Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rocklon.com for the correct return address.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
