This Transaction Services Agreement governs the processing of payments and transactions conducted through the Rocklon marketplace.

1. Payment Processing

Rocklon facilitates transactions through approved third-party payment processors. By completing a purchase, you authorize Rocklon and its partners to process payments on your behalf using your selected payment method.

2. Third-Party Services

Payments, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes may be handled by third-party providers. Rocklon is not responsible for delays or issues caused by external payment networks, banks, or service providers.

3. Transaction Security

Rocklon uses industry-standard security practices, including PCI-DSS compliant systems, to protect payment information and transaction data.

4. Disputes and Chargebacks

Users agree to attempt to resolve transaction-related disputes directly with Rocklon before initiating chargebacks or legal claims. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.

5. Agreement Changes

Rocklon reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
